INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium hass avocado, cut into small cubes
2 roma tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
1 oz cubed feta cheese, or crumbles
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine avocado, tomatoes, onion, and feta. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil, about 1 tsp each (or more if desired). Mix together, salt and pepper to taste.
Delicious snack.
BTW this salad has about 300 calories and its very filling!
